Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy applies to orders from the Microbes Decoded online store at https://ucjj41-cv.myshopify.com (the "Store"), operated by Dr. Mahnoor Ayoub, trading as Microbes Decoded ("Microbes Decoded", "we", "us", "our").

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within India.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders delivered within India. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

3. Courier

Orders are delivered by DHL.

4. Dispatch

Orders, including pre-orders, are expected to be dispatched within 2 days after the order is placed. This is an estimate measured from when you place your order, not a fixed release date.

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. See our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

After dispatch, delivery is expected to take approximately 3 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Actual delivery times can vary with your location, the courier's schedule, public holidays, weather and other events outside our control.

6. Your delivery details

Please make sure your name, delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout, as incorrect details can delay delivery. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible, ideally before your order is dispatched.

7. Questions about your delivery

If you have a question about your order or its delivery, contact us with your order number through our Contact page, by email at support@microbsdecoded.shop or by phone on +91 6005736612.

8. Damaged, missing or undelivered orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, something is missing, or your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us. We will help as described in our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
